Bubble is Uber for babysitters. Started by 2 dads, it helps its users discover and book babysitters trusted by their friends in the local area, all from an easy to use mobile application. Bubble came to us asking for help with discovering how to scale and get more visibility on their data.
Over the course of the engagement we increased the Daily Active Users in the application by 420%, reduced the blended cost of app install by 62%, reduced the tracked cost of app install by 77% and increased the number of booking requests by 171%.
We managed to discover scalable channels for the business in which to push for growth.
Our growth strategy was initially full-funnel in its approach, with the intention to move around the funnel as bottlenecks were discovered using an applied lead data strategy. Once we had discovered the opportunity for growth being at the top of the funnel we pushed all our energies into channel testing to find the right marketing mix. We tested into a range of channels at the top of the funnel to drive app downloads, both paid and non paid.
We implemented a robust mobile attribution stack alongside a detailed clickstream analytics stack for the business, providing more visibility and oversight for growth related decisions.
We also implemented a user event driven email marketing machine system using a range of automation software enabling the business to automate it’s 1-2-1 marketing with customers using the app.
